These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Totonavi ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Totonavi website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, virtual sports, and related gaming products.

4.1 — One Account Per User
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with the same identity, email address, payment method, IP address, or device — will be subject to immediate suspension. Any winnings accumulated in a duplicate account may be voided.
4.2 — Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and preferred contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Totonavi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You should immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 — KYC Verification
We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, when suspicious activity is detected, or as part of a routine compliance review. Accepted documents typically include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification alongside proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is made available to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence basis for the purposes of participating in the gaming services offered.
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform's software, data feeds, odds algorithms, or content without our prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in the Platform's design, code, content, and branding remain exclusively with Totonavi.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. Totonavi does not guarantee any winnings, and past results should not be interpreted as indicative of future performance. The Platform's odds and market offerings may change without prior notice.
6.1 — Accepted Payment Methods
Totonavi accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC. Available payment methods may vary by account type and jurisdiction.
6.2 — Minimum Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within seconds for eWallet and DuitNow methods, and within standard banking hours for traditional bank transfer channels.
6.3 — Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Totonavi targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for DuitNow and eWallet channels during normal operational hours, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Processing times for bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals may vary.
6.4 — Currency
The Platform's primary transactional currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures displayed on the Platform are in MYR unless otherwise explicitly stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.
6.5 — Anti-Money Laundering
Totonavi maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance policies. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit and to delay or refuse withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any AML investigation. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by our licensing obligations.
All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and other incentives offered by Totonavi are subject to their own specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to Totonavi's betting rules, which govern how markets are settled, how void bets are handled, and how disputes are resolved. By placing a wager, you accept the applicable betting rules for that market.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Where Totonavi determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the Account, void any pending or settled bets connected to the prohibited activity, and withhold or confiscate the Account balance pending investigation. We may also report such activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the Totonavi Platform, including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, data structures, odds algorithms, written content, and any other material, is the exclusive intellectual property of Totonavi or its respective licensors. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Totonavi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Totonavi does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend services without prior notice. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
In no event shall Totonavi's aggregate liability to any individual User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during the same period.
13.1 — Termination by Totonavi
Totonavi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably determine that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other users. In such cases, we may withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
13.2 — Termination by User
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your primary registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Totonavi's gaming licence is issued. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Nothing in this clause prevents Totonavi from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce the terms of this Agreement in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Totonavi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.2. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
